Nick has been involved in the construction industry since 2012, working alongside the family business and gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade. From machine operation and framing to site management and coordinating trades, Nick has developed a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to bring projects together successfully. His practical experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship continue to drive every build forward.

Cayla Milani

Cayla began pursuing her passion for the housing industry through a Construction Engineering program, where she built a strong foundation in the technical side of building. Since then, she’s been working as a site supervisor within the family business, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of home construction — from the ground up. Recently, Cayla also earned her real estate licence, expanding her expertise to help clients through every step of the home-building and buying process.

Mark Milani

Mark has been in the housing industry since he and his father started building together back in 1983. After studying Construction Management at George Brown College, he developed a deep understanding of every step it takes to create a well-built home. With decades of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for quality workmanship, Mark takes pride in ensuring every project meets the highest standards — from the foundation to the final finish.
